A new cooking language that turns food into a game
Kiddoz takes the complexity out of cooking by turning measurements into characters and replacing wordy recipes with illustrations. The Kiddoz kit includes 6 measuring cups, a 20-recipe cookbook, and an accompanying app. By inspiring kids to become autonomous in the kitchen we're forging strong family bonds around the table. When the colorful cups and cookbook come together, a new cooking language comes to life; simple enough for kids to use on their own and fun enough for everyone to enjoy.
The amazing science children's book series Annabelle & Aiden has a new title on Kickstarter about respecting our planet, and our special place within it! Mark here, all the way from China! We have some great news for you today.

We’re thankful for all your support, whether you joined right from the beginning or are just hearing about Mochi now.
The influence that those of you that supported the campaign from the start though, cannot be understated. You really helped us get off the ground, and it’s thanks to you that we broke $150,000 so quickly!
Production
I’m in the land of the Middle Kingdom, working closely with our colleagues at the factory. This is where Mochi is turning into reality.
We have already placed orders for Mochi’s packaging, wood, and plush. And when they arrive, we’ll start putting it all together!
And here we are, finalizing the robot, board and packaging at the factory!

We’re still on track for our production schedule. You can be sure your child’s coding kit will arrive at your home right in time for Christmas!
How do the coding blocks work?
Some of you asked how the coding blocks actually work. Well, it’s quite simple.
Each of the blocks contains a specific instruction for Mochi, e.g. “Turn Left,” “Go Forward,” “Go Backwards.” But also for more advanced things, like “Sing a Song” or “Negate the Previous Command.”
Children combine the blocks into a meaningful sequence by placing them in the respective slots on the programming board. And voila… Mochi Robot starts moving on the story map according to the planned sequence.

We’ve said Mochi teaches coding to children ages 3-6, and while that will always be true, it doesn’t mean that us adults can’t have fun playing with Mochi as well.
We left the map at home but were so excited, we couldn’t help film a little snippet of Mochi’s robot following some of the simplest code on the programming board.
So here he comes—vroom vroom—moving forward! 🚗
